The meeting will cover a broad spectrum of
topics in physiology, basic and applied. The main
goal is to bring together key scientists with
various background and expertise in order to discuss
the main developments, achievements and
perspectives in physiology. Young researchers are
especially welcome.
The meeting will be comprised of symposia, which
will include four invited lectures. All
physiological societies composing FEPS were invited
to formulate the scientific program by submitting
symposia proposals. Symposia topics were selected
from submitted proposals.
Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, is a dynamic
Central European city located in a broad basin
between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea. Ljubljana is
easily accessible by all means of transport and is
an interesting destination for exploring the nature
of the surrounding areas. Over 50% of the area of
Slovenia is a forest.
