Oral Presentations
Short Oral presentations and EYPS presentations may
not exceed 15 minutes in duration (10 minute talk
plus 5 for questions/discussion). General guidelines
for presentation are: eight slides per presentation.
Invited lectures (exempt of Keynote lectures) may
not exceed 30 minutes in duration (25 minute talk
plus 5 min discussion).
An
LCD projector and a computer (MS Windows XP) with a
CD-ROM drive, USB ports, and presentation software
MS PowerPoint will be available in all conference
rooms for lecture presentations.
Please note that lecturers must either bring their
own laptop computer with the appropriate
presentation software loaded, or bring a CD or USB
memory key containing their presentation.
Poster Presentations
Poster size: 0.90 meter wide x 1.20 meter high
(portrait format).
Posters presentations will take place in Friday 13th
(Poster Session IV), Saturday 14th
(Poster Session VIII), and Sunday 15th
(Poster Session XII) from 14:00 to 15:30. The
session of your poster presentation is announced
on-line and will be printed in the Book of
Abstracts. Authors will be requested to present
their posters during the poster sessions. The
posters will be displayed for one day in the
dedicated hall of the venue and must be in place by
11:00. Presenters must remove their posters at the
end of each day and by no later than 19:00 (Friday
and Saturday) and 16:00 (Sunday). The conference
organizers take no responsibility for posters not
removed by this time. Material to fix your poster
will be distributed on site.
